Terms
Using EruptYou, in plain English
No small print games. Here is what the free audit is, what you get when you pay, and what we will and will not do with what you type in.
What EruptYou is
EruptYou looks at the tasks you tell us fill your working week and shows how much of that work AI can already do or speed up. The free AI Work Audit is available to anyone. Your personalized AI workflow plan is a one-time purchase.
What you are buying
Your personalized AI workflow plan costs $27 once, not a subscription. It unlocks the full result for that audit: the longer outlook, the roles and skills to build, the 30/60/90 plan, the CV rewrite, and complete workflows for your priority tasks with the tool to use, the steps, prompts you can paste in, checks and safety warnings.
Estimates, not promises
Scores, time savings and outlooks are careful estimates based on what you typed in. They are not predictions about your job, your employer or your pay, and they are not career, legal or financial advice. Decisions stay yours.
How AI is used
What you type is sent to an AI model to produce your result, and your result is stored so you can re-open it from your private link. Your answers are not used to advertise to you and are never sold.
What not to type in
Please do not enter passwords, API keys, customer personal details, confidential company records or trade secrets — not into EruptYou, and not into the AI tools we suggest. A short description of the task is all we need.
Payment and refunds
Payment is taken on a secure page run by our payment provider; we never see your card details. If your payment is taken in the wrong currency for the card you used, we refund it in full automatically. If your plan does not work as described, email us within 14 days and we will put it right or refund you.
Your account and access
Each result lives on its own private link, and signing in with your email lets you see your past checks. Anyone with a result link can open it, so share it only with people you choose.
Email you receive
You always get email about your own result and your receipt. Promotional email only goes out if you ticked the box asking for it, and every one of those has a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing never affects access to anything you paid for.
Fair use
Please use EruptYou for your own work. Do not resell the output as your own product, scrape the site, or try to work around the paid plan.
Changes
If these terms change, the version on this page is the current one. Anything you already bought keeps the terms that applied when you bought it.
